Juan Santivañez explains if it is legal for restaurants to take over tips?

It is explained that there is a concept of consumption surcharge allowed by law and usual to be charged in restaurants, however it is optional. In addition to this, in Peru it is usual to leave a tip. In either of the two cases: whether by consumption surcharge or tip, said amount corresponds to the worker. The restaurant only acts as a nexus.
